At the end of each calendar year, you should call up this screen to clear all that year’s closed transactions and the YTD distribution column in Your Portfolios.

Ending with - shows the year to be cleared. When you click the “OK” button, all closed transactions with Trade Dates in the year shown here will be deleted.
The year displayed does NOT update automatically. When you are ready to clear Year-To-Date be sure to check that the right year is displayed, and change it if necessary before clearing.
Before you clear any closed transactions, make sure you have received the confirmation from your broker or financial institution.
